The Fine Print
Maximum Attendance: In order to allow for maximum interaction and dialogue during this year’s conference, we are pleased to announce that 200 seats will be made available. Registration will be closed once we reach 200 and a waiting list will begin. In order to guarantee a spot, register below today!
Cancellation and Transfer Policy: Registrations maybe transferred to another person for the same conference at any time, however we are unable to transfer a credit to a different conference. Due to the commitments we made in advance, cancelations must be requested in writing to info@haroldbullock.com by 10/29/2008 and a $50 processing fee (per registration) will apply to all cancelations. Any refund requests received after 10/29/2008 will not be accepted.
Children: While families are important to us, unfortunately there are no accommodations for children or nursing infants and we will not be able to admit them into any of the sessions. If you are registering others who have small children, please relay this information to them.
Model Release: For promotional purposes, videos and photographs are taken at all conferences. Your registration constitutes permission for Golden Oak Publishers, L.P. to use your likeness in any promotional materials.
